Geogrids - extremely flexible and reliable

Geogrids, along with geotextiles, are a special form of geosynthetics. They can be divided into knot-stiff, knot-resistant and flexible geogrids. They are mainly used for the base course reinforcement of temporary or permanent roads and to increase the load-bearing capacity of soils with low load-bearing capacity. They are also ideal for securing retaining and earth structures made of reinforced earth.

HUESKER's flexible geogrids can be made from various raw materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or aramid (AR), depending on the project requirements. The Fortrac and HaTelit geogrids are also available in the ecoLine variant made from 100 % recycled PET bottles. Thanks to their high flexibility, they bring excellent composite flexibility and easy installation.

Our engineers will be happy to advise you on which geogrid is the right one for your project!
