How to deal with contaminated areas
Regardless of the type of pollution, dealing with contaminated soil, sediment and water is a highly sensitive issue. Versatile solutions and areas of application
Which treatment method is the right one? Answering this question usually requires a detailed analysis of the initial situation on site. Thanks to its unique overall package, HUESKER Synthetic GmbH is recognised worldwide as an expert and partner in the market when it comes to safely and permanently removing or covering contaminated soils and sludges with geosynthetic products. The environmentally friendly and cost-efficient treatment methods not only aim to reliably remove the contamination, but also contribute to a sustainable improvement of the contaminated areas and soils. For example, active, water-permeable or conventional, sealing water-soluble covers form a long-term barrier against pollutants. Geotextile tubes, on the other hand, are used for dewatering contaminated sludge and sediments or can encapsulate them permanently.
