Robust door solution for fertiliser and pallet storage

Situation

Raiffeisen Waren GmbH, based in Hofgeismar, is a traditional trading company that supplies farmers in the region with feed and fertiliser. Particularly in the area of fertiliser storage and pallet logistics, there are high demands on the protection of the hall areas against the effects of the weather. In addition to the installation of effective weather protection, it was therefore crucial for the operator to invest in a durable door solution that could also withstand the corrosive influences of the fertilisers.

Solution

Following a comprehensive consultation and planning process by HUESKER Synthetic GmbH, Raiffeisen Waren GmbH decided in favour of using Tectura Stabidoors. Thanks to their robust design, the textile roller shutter doors are particularly suitable for high-traffic industrial applications. A total of eight Stabidoors, produced in dark green PES tarpaulin and measuring 5 m × 4.5 m were installed in the fertiliser storage area and the pallet warehouse.
