The geosynthetic concrete mattress consists of two high-strength fabric layers that are filled with fluid concrete on site. This creates a stable, adaptable protective layer that adapts perfectly to complex terrain shapes - both above and below water.
Thanks to continuous further development, Incomat now offers solutions for embankments, riverbeds, canals, coastal areas, berth protection and many other demanding areas of application. The optimised material structure of our concrete mattresses significantly reduces surface shrinkage and lowers the material required to cover the surface by up to 35 % compared to conventional solutions and in an environmentally friendly, economical and technically proven way.

Incomat Standard
The superior product for concrete surface sealing and erosion protection
Wherever a constant concrete cross-section or an impermeable concrete mattress is used for erosion protection or sealing, Incomat Standard is the first choice. The unique production method with vertically arranged ties achieves a dimensional stability of the geotextile cover that has not been matched anywhere else in the world. The dimensional stability of the cover enables a constant concrete cross-section - even under difficult installation conditions - and on uneven surfaces or underwater installations. This adaptive behaviour makes the concrete mattress a superior system compared to all conventional concrete construction methods. Thanks to the individual design options, the mattress can also be adapted to penetrations and challenging geometries.
Incomat Standard enables the installation of a concrete seal under water and on steep slopes. The additional erosion protection function makes Incomat Standard the ideal product for canal renovations and basin lining projects, as there is no need for protective layers or multi-layer system structures. The concrete mattress is also ideal for providing bed protection in harbours.

Incomat Pro
Premium product for waterproofing and erosion control solutions
With Incomat Pro, unique filling heights of up to 3.50 m can be achieved. Thanks to innovative textile technology, an improvement of 95% has been achieved. This results in faster construction progress on site and lower installation costs. The increased tensile strength enables a more effective filling process, which ensures greater flexibility on site.
The optimised web ties ensures maximum dimensional stability and even concrete distribution, even on uneven surfaces or underwater installations. At the same time, reduced surface shrinkage ensures optimised material usage, which not only conserves resources but also significantly increases the cost-effectiveness of the project.
Thanks to these properties, Incomat Pro is the ideal solution for demanding projects such as slope protection, canal lining, harbour bed protection, and rainwater retention and storage basins.

Incomat Flex
The permeable cushion mattress for high hydraulic loads
Incomat Flex is used wherever the hydraulic load requires a permeable mattress with a higher surface weight. The production method is also based on the unique vertical spacer principle. This means that it can be produced in thicknesses of up to 56 cm.
Incomat Flex consists of individual units ("cushions") that are joined together by connection strips. The taper in the area of the webs acts as a predetermined breaking line. Woven-in filter points at the corners of the cushions enable the reduction of hydrostatic pressures below the revetment. The tapered connecting strips give the mattress a certain two-dimensional flexibility in the event of subsidence in the subsoil or if the mattress is washed out.

Incomat Filter Point
The permeable concrete mattress with filter points
The Incomat Filter Point concrete mattress is the ideal solution for erosion control for lower hydraulic loads requiring a water-permeable concrete mattress. The mattress consists of a two-layer woven fabric and the bond between the two layers of fabric is achieved by a regular arrangement of woven filter points. By filling the mattress with concrete in situ, it adapts to the surface and thus reduces the likelihood of cavities underneath the revetment.
The Incomat Filter Point concrete mattress is generally specified as an alternative to riprap, set stone revetments or conventional concrete slabs due to its lower cost and superior performance. Incomat Filter Point forms a highly efficient and effective permeable revetment in combination with concrete, which can be used on load-bearing surfaces with low hydraulic loads.

Incomat Crib
The green concrete mattress for erosion protection
Incomat Crib consists of a tubular grid that is filled with concrete. The rectangular recesses are not filled and, after concreting act as large-area filter points. Alternatively, the recessed areas can be filled with soil and subsequently vegetated.
The main area of application for this tubular profiled mattress is in the protection of overflowing dam areas and for lining spillways. After planting, Incomat Crib forms an attractive and ecological means of erosion control.

Incomat Pipeline Cover
Pipeline protection system for buoyancy and protection against external influences
Incomat Pipeline Cover (IPC) can be used wherever the protection of a pipeline against mechanical impacts or buoyancy protection is required. In contrast to producing the concrete casing using conventional formwork technology, the IPC system is quick and efficient. The prefabrication of the geotextile formwork at the factory eliminates the need for time-consuming formwork work on site. Furthermore, the fast assembly of the custom-made elements and the optimized concreting process enable rapid construction progress. Pipe curvatures or different pipe diameters can be easily encased with the appropriate pre-planning and assembly.
